Last night I used my PC and turned off in the morning when I turned on my PC it was showing no signal I checked there was a orange light on mother board all fans were spinning showing a POST error.

I thought it's a GPU issue so I removed GPU then inserted it again. Now mother board power light is on but when I press PC case power button nothing is happening, system is not turning on, no fans spinning, and no RGB. On first start up there was just a display issue but now it's more than that 'cos PC is not starting up.

I tried to remove jump start PC nothing happens. Is it power supply issue or a motherboard issue ? How to check what it is at home before going to shop ?

Solution
this was a motherboard issue all other component were perfect

sold that motherboard to the shopkeeper i bought fom and paid 40$ and bought the new one with full warranty

Usually there are LED's on the board to help with diagnosing the issue of a faulty hardware, provided the board isn't compromised. Not all boards have them which is why we as for build specs. Please list your specs like so:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:

If the PSU in your build has been in service for a while, please parse the age of the unit apart from it's make and model.

Ryzen 5 5600x
Asus b550 tuf gaming wifi version 4 ram slot version
8x2 ram xlr8
Samsung 512gb SSD 870
Hard disk 1tb segate
Cooler master mb511 case
Antec 520wath high current gamer PSU
GTX 970 4gb gigabyte g1

My PSU and GPU are used and old, all other parts are new. GPU would be like purchased when it was new it is my friend gpu who gave me after he switched to new GPU and PSU was bought in used as my old cx550 corasir was dead but it was on older PC. Then I bought this antec one using almost 2+ year but would be older than that.

System is running on all default settings, no overclock or anything.

This sounds more like a problematic PSU than a problematic motherboard. Until you put a significant load on the PSU, even smaller things like an LED on the motherboard lighting up is not a surefire sign the PSU is OK.

Of course, having another system to swap parts and test would be better.
