Question power light is solid amber but boots fine.

I have Dell inspiron 530 before pressing power button there is solid amber light but when booting its fine and i get two error messages:

CMOS Checksum Error – Defaults loaded

diskette drive 0 seek failure

2nd error is fine because i know a fix but it keeps coming up because bios is forgetting settings not saving. 1st error i have replaced cmos battery but still same error and i have disconnected few components at a time to try and still amber light.

What could the issue be?
