power line question

ok, so i moved with my dad, and the router is in a new part where they extended the house. will i be able to still use a power line adapter, or should i just by a 25ft Ethernet cord and just put the adapter in the next room?

25ft isn't far. i'd buy a cable (they're cheap on eBay) or go WiFi. i've never tried powerline, but NCIX / Linus Tech Tips did a test and found it to work rather well

i actually saw that episode, but literally across the house from the router. i was just saying get a 25ft ethernet cord cause i could than put the adapter in the kitchen.(instead of having it in the new room
