Anyone can help me?

Can you get internet on the PI?
yes, iam connected via wifi to the network with tp link adapter

Can you connect an ethernet cable to the PI and get internet?
i dont have router, i have access to a open network in my village via wifi.

Can you ping the PI from your desktop?

havent tried yet

Does your desktop show the PI as your gateway?
yes

My question about the ethernet cable, was can you substitute an ethernet cable temporarily and get it to work?

If your computer has the PI as the gateway, then you either set a static IP address or it got DHCP from the PI. If it can DHCP from the PI then it able to connect to it and it is something in the config on the PI that is incorrect.
