Power not turning on

Custom built computer.
Replaced power supply, motherboard and CPU and still not power not even a tick or light.

Checked power cable to computer and it works.

Replaced everything I did because computer was not powering up. Nothing I can see shorting out motherboard to case. Tried bypassing switch and still nothing.
