Power off after upgrade. Best advice?

I just upgraded my PC case, my system is shitting off during or before windows boot. Wanted to ask before I damage it on my own lol. The new case has 3 pre-installed RGB fans. My old case had two regular.... Another issue is I have a Corsair h100i v2 and I had to remove it during the installation. I did not replace the thermal paste hoping the old paste would be fine. Lastly, Ive never fully disconnected and reconnected cables to a motherboard, so I definitely could have done some weird reconnecting.... Where do I begin first to midigate damaging my system?

No damage has done i think.Please check all the connection.then check the ram is perfectly installed or not

Caution is good. I would be tempted to treat it like a new build - start from scratch, and yes I would redo the thermal paste (starting with removing the old).
If you do a good job the worst you've lost is a little time.
If you rush in you could fry your shiny new rig.

Ok, I'll check the RAM, But to note I did not remove the RAM while moving the components... Let me respond back in a moment after ch ecking

RAM is secure and appears to already have been in place

I just did a little test, because my personal first guess was it's too much on my PSU. I unpluggedy HD and booted to bios. It stayed on LONGER but still shut down
