power on problem

when i press power button system starts and within 2 sec automatically turns off with a sound after pressing second time starting normally

its possible one of your drivers doesn't like the windows 10 power modes.

is the sound a beep? is it a number of beeps or just one?

what are specs of PC?

one beep,
8gb ram, 1tb hard disk, Intel 7th gen i5 processor, Nvidia geforce 940mx 2gb

one beep is normal. See if turning off fast startup makes any difference
