[SOLVED] Power Options: Cant change Settings...

Control Panel \ All Control Panel Items \ Power Options \ System Settings

My power options do not work, i cant change the settings duo to this error, "the system cant find the file"

Can i somehow repair my windows so i can change the power option settings?
I cant use windows update, its restriced in my country so i need another solution!

Not something for the psu section.

Anyway, try to open the command prompt (as admin) -> rightclick the start symbol, and type (or copy)

" sfc /scannow "

see if this will help.
