I have a 13A 240v plug extension and all my things plugged into it are 13A and 10A which = 23A all together my power supply in my computer is 650w is this safe at all and what should I do.

If you are drawing 23 amps from a 13A plug extension it is not safe. You risk fire.

What is drawing 13A?
What is drawing 10A?
and is the PC power supply in addition to this....or included in this.

If the fuse to the wall socket is at least 10A, you should not have to worry.
