Power plug cap

There is a plastic cap covering 4 of the 8 pins on the ATX power plug in.
do I remove the cap and plug in all 8 pins or leave the cap on and just plug in 4 pins?

Remove and plug in all 8! the cap is there for people that just have a 4 pin plug.
