power problem..it shuts down but no time when..

hey guys pls help me..my laptop suddenly shutdown and when on start up it wont continue...i tried to check in bios set-up and in my surprise it didnt shutdown...so i reformatted it..still same problem...

Could be a faulty hard drive since that isn't used when you're in BIOS Setup.
A faulty hard drive cannot be fixed, you have to buy a new one. However, you need to test it first to be sure.

You'll need to test it with diagnostic software on a bootable CD.

Use ImgBurn to make the CD from the CD image: http://filehippo.com/download_imgburn

Boot your laptop from that CD to test the hard drive.
