Power problem

I have a power problem.
My motherboard has this light, and when there's light, that means it's powered.
But then I can't turn on the computer.
I have to turn off my PSU, Antec HCG 900w and turn it back on after the motherboard doesn't have the green light.
Anyway to just turn it on once and turn on the computer?

it could be possible that your psu is defected.
