Power Problems? Not sure

Hi, I am having a problem with PC, its been going on for 2 days now, when I try to power on the UPS, usually the motherboard light will light up signaling that it has power, but when I press the power button, it will flicker, the cpu fans will turn then suddenly less than a second it will turn off. but in the afternoon usually t 4pm, I will try to power it on again, it will stay on till evening. i was thinking of Low Voltage in the morning, the reason why it shuts down.

Any thoughts? Thanks

faulty power supply of the PC or UPS, batteries or similar

try without UPS
try another power supply

I already checked the PSU, no problem there, also, the PC is ok during the afternoon with no fail, only in the morning, I tried connecting directly thru the socket and still no power in the morning, but is ok during the afternoon. I am really confused lol! But I will try another PSU during the morning to confirm

unplug the PC from the UPS, press the power button for 2 seconds to unload any electricity inside the PC and replug again. Try powering on again
