Power readers

Where can I buy a usb/sata external power reader/indicator? is there such thing or a program where I can actually monitor my actual power usage and watts? Pls send a link or a site if such an item exists?

You can get a reader that sits between your power lead and the wall, but I think they can be pretty expensive. Where are you?

The Killa-Watt meter, but you cannot connect it to your computer.
