[SOLVED] Power reporting deviation hwinfo

Hey guys so today i went into hwinfo and i saw that my power reporting deviation was low around 30 percent when not playing or anything and when i play a game it only jumps to 40% shall i be worried cuz im getting stuttering in games and ive just been wondering could this be a issue i will leave a pic of it below. CPU is a 5900x and Mobo is a b550 MAG tomahawk pls help. Here is the link of my power reporting deviation.
