power requirement for my build

so I basically built my pc long ago, and through time I upgraded my components. I now have
1.5tb storage
i5 7400
16gb ram
r9 270x
500w psu
2 fans
gigabyte h110m s2ph
cooler master k380
I was thinking of upgrading my gpu with an rx 580, but is 500w enough? I really don't feel like buying a new psu so I was wondering if 500w is overall enough. the gpu should take max 300w when gaming, but can 200w keep the rest of my system going?

the psu is a 500w cooler master. no idea what model, it came included with the case, but when I check online the case usually never comes with psu. my case is a cooler master k380

Get a decent 550w , get rid of the low quality Cooler Master.
