Stock PSU rates 250 watts

Can i run this gpu without any issue ?

Minimum PSU Recommendation 450W for your GPU and there might be an chance that you could run into problems with powering up since your PSU has to power up other things on your comp

That PSU is not designed to run a discrete GPU of any kind. I would not recommend it.

Core i5-2500 is 95W. RX 560 should be 75W. You're already up to 170 W without counting anything else plugged into the motherboard, drives, or case fans. It might work, but you'll really be pushing up close to the limit of what this PSU can handle. PSU's also degrade over time, so if this system is very old, then it has probably started to deteriorate already and will struggle to deliver the power you need.
