Power requirements for Asus GTX 680 Direct CU 2

Hey peoples I was just wondering if my corsair VS550 PSU would handle the Asus gtx 680 cu2 with two 2.5" hdd's an Intel core i5 750 and 3 fans?
I got the card for 25 bucks and I'm not in the position to buy a new PSU.

You have plenty of power - no worries.

The card will at the very, very maximum pull 200W, though closer to 190ishW under peak load. Overall, your build will at the very maximum pull 400W under peak load. Normally, you'll be in the 150-250W range.
