Power reset switch question

The arrow on the connectors that plug into the JFP1 connector does that signify positive or negative? I'm almost set up and I can't find a description online anywhere.

For switches, it doesn't matter. There's no positive or negative on a switch.

In my experience, the "text", that says power reset on the case wire, is facing out (you can read when plugged in).

your right but I did some more reseach and the positive/negative pins will be described in you motherboard's manual except for power led. They corrospond to the positive negative leads from your pwr led, hdd led, reset sw, and power sw if you look at the bottom of the plug you'll see a small arrow this arrow signifies the positive lead.

Since the Power and HDD LEDs are not keyed, it implies that nothing wrong can happen if they are connected backwards. If a LED doesn't work, simply reverse it and it will work.
