:(I'm getting no signal when I plug my dp cable into my graphics card, I keep getting 'Entering power save mode' when I try to boot up, at the moment it's plugged into the motherboard and it's working, I bought the monitor almost 2 weeks ago and the gpu 7 months ago both brand new and from trusted retailers. It's worked numerous times before (g sync 144hz 1440p) with decent performance, but I did have the same problem back then but I just turned the monitor on and off and it worked, it was working for the whole time I had it up until now:pfff:. I'm using the cable which came with the monitor, and I had the latest drivers installed so I don't think either of those could be the issue. I've tried unplugging the monitor and plugging it in again repeatedly, and switching the monitor on and off aswell as my PC, checking the cable connections like suggested on other forums and I still get no signal..:??: Really would be hugely appreciated if someone could help me fix the issue

There's only one port on the monitor, there's 2 on the graphics card and I've tried both of them and yeah, windows boots as normal I can hear it

I checked the settings on the monitor and It was on DP, I also disabled deep sleep mode, and tried using the HDMI port on the monitor too, to no avail :(

I tried a different pci-e slot and it worked, thanks alot for your help kuftic appreciate it saved me some fuss :)

Happy to help. That PCI-e slot might be dead. shame if it is. If you're concerned about it, I would RMA the board if you still can

I gave the first pci-e slot a clean out and it's working now so it was either some dirt in there or a loose connection , but thanks again keep doing what you're doing the pc community need people like you :)
