Question Power Saving Mode.

I upgraded my pc and here are the specs:
i5-4460
XP700R7 700W
GTX 770 2 GB
H81M-K
8 GB Kingston 1600 MHz
Seagate Barracuda 250 GB

Before putting new PSU and GPU I was playing a game called 'League Of Legends' without any problem, however, now That I've upgraded my psu from 500w to 700w and put gtx 770 before playing without one, the monitor goes to power saving mode and fans start spinning crazy and its much more loud, I don't know why its doing that, fps and everything is running smoothly, nothing is overheating, i've checked it several times while this problem occured, and it was not the only one time it did that, it is doing multiple time, also im running an old 19 inch monitor that doesnt have HDMI port to plug, so im running HDMI to VGA adapter and playing with that to have display shown. please help me.

I don't know man, but it seems to be normal though, I was on budget and this was the best thing I could get.

I don't think that psu is the issue, but it could be, I was literally trying to look for a decent one, and this seemed to be perfect, plus it's brand new, not used by anyone.
