Power saving on/off

Hello. I have bought a new PC. I failed badly installing Windows because I entered bios, I don't know what I've done there, and then appeared this Power saving mode.and now the fucker stopped working.I have an Asus motherboard and an intel logo on the side of the screen. Also, if I don't press anything on the keyboard, the screen turns black with a flickering line at the left upper screen. The keyboard stops working. What the F have I done?

Just reset CMOS/BIOS and it should return to factory default settings.
