I need a power source of around 100-150 $ for:
Msi Gtx 970
AMD 8350
8gb ram and so on.
Please give more option in case they are not available in my country. Thank you.

Can you link us to a site from your country so we can see what is available to you? Either that or list the make and model of any XFX, Antec, Seasonic, Corsair power supply that you can get where you are. We will let you know what your best option is.

Stick with XFX or Seasonic if they are available, then look toward EVGA or Antec. For a single GPU in your system, a 650w will be plenty.

Sirtec looks to rebrand cheap powers supplies. Best to just steer clear and look for something Tier 2 or better.
