So im getting a computer from pcpartpicker and here is the link to it http://pcpartpicker.com/p/RkGKxr some may yell at me about the motherboard, but im getting it for the looks more than performance. Not saying its bad but yeah anyways...
The PSU is pretty good as it seems and has gotten very good reviews from others. Will i need a high wattage psu because of the GPU? Later im going to be upgrading the CPU, like about a few weeks or moths later to an i5 of some sort. Im not sure which i5 yet. Will i need a high wattage psu though? Im afraid even with this setup, the gpu will suck up alot of power, more than the psu can give and i know its really bad to run the psu at 100% very much.

Solution
The 500B is alright but not the best. Definitely don't skimp on the PSU, it'll be more bad than good. If you can, get the Rosewill Capstone 750, which currently has a $20 MIR and $10 promo code at pcpartpicker. If not, get an XFX 550 watt unit, they are probably as budget as you can go while still getting a great unit.
You didn't post your link

I'd suggest however, research your parts individual power draws both idle and peak. Determine the max power draw your system can achieve at stock clocks. Once you've done that look into power supplies that state that amount of wattage with an 80+ Bronze rating or better under any of the following brands

antec, seasonic, rosewill, superflower, xfx

okay thanks and i posted the link now so if you want to tell me if thats enough, id love that :)

Cool, some things to note. I'd go with a 2x4GB pack of memory so that you may run them in dual channel, for better overall performance. Also, to avoid hassle I'd get a z97 board as opposed to the z87 board you currently have selected.

Lastly I wouldn't touch that power supply. It's sold by EVGA, but made by HEC, and they're not a company that I'd associate with quality. If you want an EVGA sold supply, go with the B2, S2, G2 & P2 models

that evga isn't the worst but it's very average in terms of quality. I think the biggest quesiton here is are you planning to overclock, because if not then a z board is a waste of money, get a H97 instead

I agree with all posts in this thread, get an xfx 550w and 2x4gb ram
