[SOLVED] Power Supply and GPU problem

So I bought a used Zotac GTS 250 512mb 256bit with 8pins. My psu doesn't has a pci-e connectors and its a generic. Also I tried to put the gpu on my pc but it didn't boot up. What is my problem? How can I fix it? Thanks

If the card needs a PCIe 8 pin, you need a power supply with this connector. There is no way around this.

Why would you buy a GTS 250 anyhow? It isn't capable of really running any games or anything.

I only play Counter-Strike1.6, CSGO, LoL, Unturned and Left 4 Dead. I just want to get a 100fps on these games and use the low settings.

Honestly, that GPU cannot do that in some of those games. It's a very low-end GPU from a decade ago.

Either get a different PSU or get a GPU that does not need extra power connectors.
