Power Supply and Graphics Card Upgrade

i have a hp pavilion elite hpe 510t with intel core i7. it has a 300watt power supply and nvidia geforce 405 graphics card.what i want to do is upgrade both power supply and graphics card.what would you recommend for both.

no need to upgrade your power supply if you get the 7750.
its a fairly powerful card that consumes very little power.
it has same performance as 5770 and it would run fine on your 300 watt psu

I have to ask for your budget as well. HD 7750 will work but it's a pretty weak card.

weak as in ? dont forget that he's upgrading from integreted graphics so the performance difference between the two will blow him away .
though he hasnt specified his monitor res as well

Weak as in will not let him play games on high settings. For a PC with an i7 to be balanced, it would have to be at least GTX 660.
