Power Supply is not providing power to the rest of the computer. Initially, both the power supply and the motherboard were believed to be broken, so new motherboard and power supply were purchased. Hwever, upon installation, computer is not turning on.

Specs:
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M PLUS/USB3 HDMI
CPU: AMD FX-8300 Eight Core 4.2Ghz
Graphics Card: Nvidia GTX 750TI

Solution

If you are testing inside the case it could be the power button.
Try turning the system on by shorting the two power pins in the motherboard (the ones that connect to the power button).

Could you also provide the PSU model?
Did you properly connected the 24-pin and 4-pin ATX power connectors to the motherboard?
Make sure the GPU is properly seated and the 6-pin power from the PSU is connected.

My apologies, PSU is Aerocool Integrator 700W.
Both the 24 pin and 4 pin cables are connected securely.
The particular graphics card I have is a Palit version, that doesn't have a slot for the 6-pin connector, or any cable at all.

Do you see any sign of life?
Are any lights, or fans working or beeps when you power on?
