Power Supply and Video card Compatibility Check

I have an old Dell inspiron 660 that i'm upgrading for a friend. I plan on putting in one of the following power supplies to go with my Radeon R9 270x 2GB card.
Specs:

*I only have 6 GB of RAM (1x2gb,1x4gb) for some reason and an i3-2330 3.2 ghz cpu

I was wondering if the new Video Card and Power Supply would be compatible with the rest of of my PC. If you could recommend another Power Supply that's around 500 watts, has 2 gpu 6-pin connectors, below 80$, and preferably modular, I'd greatly appreciate it.

You should be fine. Any ATX power supply will work. Any PCIe x16 gfx card should work.
But that is quite a bit to spend on an older tech card. The GTX 960 and R9-380 starts at that price and is much faster.

The 270x is my current card that I'm going to transplant into the Inspiron. I also plan on buying a GTX 960 Turbo charge 4Gb to replace my current gpu.
