Power supply buzzing

So i just got this psu and it is sonetimes buzzing. It's wierd like it sometimes buzzes and othertimes it doesn't. The psu is only screwed with 3 out of 4 screws. No idea why the technician chose to do s😵ther than the noise,no other "symptoms". The pc is working fine and no smell coming out. Should I be worried? Should I call back the technician? Is it something I can fix myself?
The buzzing sound only apoears at random times ,and when it does i get scared ,turn off the PC,come back in like 2 hours and it's fine...

Just coil whine. If you don't like it you can return it, or just live with it.
