Power Supply Cable Six Pin Y Cable

Hello man

Honorable
Hi,

I am using a GTX 460 and I have a Rocketfish 900w PSU. My card uses two six pin cables, and I want to run SLI with another GTX 460. The issue is that I want a cable that is male on both ends that goes from having one six pin to having two. My SPU fits all standard GPU cables.

Solution

That website does not show any pinout diagram of the modular cable interface panel. I don't see any voltages specified for each output pin of the 6-pin or 8-pin PCI-E modular connectors on the PSU's modular panel.

You would have to make your own custom cables if you know what you're doing.

That's not gonna happen unless you know the exact pinout of the PSU's modular ports. There is no universal standard for these ports nor is there any standard modular connector type. They're even different between different models within the same brand.

That website should show them pretty well. That is my PSU. I may just have to make something work.
