Question Power supply cable wont go in fully

Hello! I am have problems with this evga 500w 80 plus power supply
trying plug my 24 pin to my motherboard after when I plug it in the right side with the four pins are all in but the right side were not all in

You need to connect the 4pin and 20pins to each other, then plug them all as a singular unit to the motherboard.
