i've got a thermatkae tough power xt 875W PSU and i was wondering is there any way to SOFTEN the cables of the PSU...i recently got a corsair graphite 600t casing and while installing the components i had to wrestle with the PSU cables...would removing the sleeving from the wires help??

Solution
my advice is to just go hulkamania to wrestle your cables into place.

first, because the sleeving is used to protect the bare wires from damage during installation.
second, it protects the wires from having direct contact with the chassis.
and third, they make the wires look uniform and clean.

Solution
the problem is that i need to use 2 hard disks and im using one HDD cage(lower) in the corsair graphite 600t casing and when i try to attach the power connector to the sata hard disks the PSU power cable which connects the 2 hard disks make a U shape pointing outwards from the case...so i cant close the case because the wire is extruding out toooo much...and if i try to wrestle with the wires and force them to bend too much im worried i might break them....
