Hey guys , i just bought and instaled a new Gigabyte gaming g1 970.
I am using a i5 4670k with it and 8gb 1600 ddr 3 (tho will buy 8gb more soon).

I am using a Chieftec A80(CTG-750C) with it as a power supply. Is that enough for it to function normaly, also considering that the card is a super oc edition?

Forgot to add, cos after i isntaled the new card and my pc tryed to measure it's power for the windows power index stats i heard a wierd whistle noise when the system was checkin the direct 3d power of the gpu.

Solution
Well I can not hear it from here but some people have complained about coil whine on some of the 970 cards. Whine in PSU's is not uncommon either.
So where did the wierd whistle noise come out when i assume the card was tested under heavy load, cos thats what scares me. I never heard that wierd noise on my old 760!

Ok ty very much for your fast anwser and help. Gonna stress test the card today more and try to see what comes out of it. But at leqast for now i am more calm about the whole matter😀

I have gaming computer with i7 6700K skylake processor and nvidia gtx 1080 extreme gaming with 32gb ddr4 and with the same chieftec A80 750W PSU and it works very good !!! This power supply is the best for that price, it's really good!
