Which is better for normal running I mean no overclockings or anything just run?
I'm on a tight budget now so I can't buy EVGA and other quality PSU.

What are your systems specs? That is something important to know.

All 3 should be avoided for any system that isn't an office pc and even then the deepcool should not be used.

Thermaltake has been name best budget PSU numerous times, so you should grab it.

GT 1030
8GB RAM
2 120mm Generic LED fans

There are 2 gens of litepower.
Gen 1 is avoid
Gen 2 is decent

As long as it is a gen 2 litepower go for it.

The gen2 has white accent colouring on it.
