Question power supply comparison

From the reviews most like the EVGA, some just have an issue with the fan being sort of cheap and apparently the oil draining? but also are you trying to get a cheap one to save money or because that is all the money you have?

I don't know much about Rosewill I don't want to give false info BUT I did hear SOME Rosewill PSUs aren't very high quality however I cannot confirm if that specific one is low quality or not.
