I've been looking to upgrade my prebuilt for a while as there are a few games i'd like to run smoother. ( https://www.amazon.com/SkyTech-Archangel-ST-FX6300-8GB1TB-GTX750TI-Gaming-Computer/dp/B01CUZKM3C ) (but my version of this has an FX-6300 CPU). Now, i've wanted to upgrade to the EVGA GTX 1050 because it seems to fit most of my criteria. It fits in, the motherboard PCIE slots seem to match up, and the power supply wattage is 500. The problem i'm suspicious about, because i'm not sure if it is a problem at all, is that because its a prebuilt, I think they designed the power supply to not have a wire for the GPU at all because the brand of the 750 ti already in the computer is zotac, which I believe to not use direct power input at all, but i'm assuming from the motherboard. I obviously don't know much at all about PC's in this type of field, but is it even a problem or does it actually have a spare wire? If not and this is an actual problem, is there a way around it? Thanks for reading, especially if its just suspicion.
