Power supply cracking sound (audio file)

Please can somone tell why my psu is making this noise.
Its been happening for months now, its causing no trouble to my system or limiting any power, im gaming just fine.

Its a seasonic bronze 620w.

My rig is

I7 7700K
GTX 1070
16GB RAM
ASUS Z170 A MOBO/

My first guess would be the PSU fan blades are slightly touching something.
Taking off the PSU cover lid could void your warranty, so I'd try to determine if that's it either by momentarily stopping the fan, or manually moving it while the system is off. Use something non-conductive like a pencil.
Is it possible that it's not coming from the PSU, but another fan nearby?

Ill try this, it cannot be anything else, since i literally moved my old pc to a new case a week or two ago, so every single fan is different apart from the psu. ive had this psu for more than 2 years now so i doubt there is warrenty
