Hello... I had a small power outage here yesterday. I was not home at the time. My brother called me and told me. I thought no big deal. I got home around 1am and my PC would not turn on. So I noticed that the switch in the back was not flipped correctly so I flipped it to ON and still no power to PC. I then made sure the power plug was tightly in place in both the PC and the surge protector. It was so I then moved the pug to another slot and still nothing. Everything else I had plugged in is working (i.e. XBOX 360, Printer, & Monitor) I tried a different power plug and still nothing so I decided to go to sleep and could not thinking my power supply was dead hoping it was not the motherboard and how in the morning I has to go to the closest electronic store and buy a new one. When I could not sleep after trying for over 2 hours I tried again and it finally did work but was making a really bad noise for the first few mins. The noise went away but it scared to to hear that and the fact it took several hours after the power outage to work. I could not have been dust clogging up the fans because I had just cleaned it a few days ago.

Does anyone know what might have happened? This is really bugging me now.

Thanks everyone in advance.

I had cleaned it thoroughly with a PC dust brush and a can of air as I do every month.
