So two power supplys broke on me I found out that my socket had an open ground. My question is are my other parts okay. Like could the psu that broke from the socket issue cause my other parts to be affected.

Hopefully the PSU's died protecting the rest of the computer....

If the open ground on the socket caused over-voltages or large current flows throughout the motherboard and/or its' components then other parts may have been damaged.

About the only way to find out is to test the components in another known working (and safe) computer.

What were the make/model of the failed units?
If they were quality units, I would have expected that they would have survived a ungrounded outlet.
Past that, a quality unit would not have damaged your parts.
Some older/cheap units did not detect incoming voltage and you needed to set the switch to 110/220 properly.
The wrong setting of the switch could be disastrous.

Evga 700 watt bronze + and a corsair cx 650 watt bronze + . I'm getting a replacement psu and have had the socket fixed. So I will test the parts with the new psu.
