OK last Wednesday my brothers PC shut down on him we cleaned out the dust and all that come to find out the power supply died so we put in a new on everything works fine but now steam and team speak 3 are not connecting at all can someone help me a solution to fix it because i have tried everything re install the programs clearing cache still didn't work
