Hi! I'm looking for a good budget PSU, these are my best options:

Be Quiet System Power U9 400w @$44 / 650.000 (My current choice)
Be Quiet Pure Power 400w @$51 / Rp. 750.000
Corsair CX450M @$60 / Rp. 875.000

My PC spec:
Pentium G4560
8GB DDR4
ASUS RX 460 OC 2GB
Kingston A400 240GB SSD (I will add a 1TB HDD later)

In my country (Indonesia), finding a Corsair CX450M is extremely hard, that's the only unit that's in stock. My maximum budget for PSU is $44 / Rp. 650.000 but I think I can cut my storage budget to a 120GB SSD if getting CX450M over System Power U9 is worth the cutting in my storage budget. I know that the MSRP for Corsair CX450M is $45, but it's a different story in Indonesia. According to those prices, which one is the best bang for the bucks? Or maybe your personal preference? Some help would be nice 😀

I haven't dealt with Be Quiet PSUs personally but I have been told that the U9 series is similar to the VS series from Corsair;its a budget version. If thats the case it doesn't mean its bad its just not the greatest. Considering your system is not very demanding I am sure it'll work fine either way.

Do you have an experience with System Power U9? Is the quality difference between those 3 are big? Or the quality difference between those 3 PSUs is barely noticeable?

Yeah me too, but the price gap is quite big here. Do they have a similar quality or the quality difference is quite big?

Agreed totally.

Oh and I heard that Sleeve-bearing fans tend to fail rather quickly when placed in the horizontal mounting position, and both System Power U9 and CX450M has the Sleeve-bearing fans. Pure Power 10 is the only one that has Rifle-bearing fans and more/better topology, so I think I'll get the Pure Power 10 because I'll mount my PSU in the horizontal position.
