Hi Everyone,

I'm currently putting together a future proof PC and I'm only going to purchase 1x5850 ATI card for 299$ and I'll get a 2nd once the price lowers (and/or once the games demand it). I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good power supply.

ASUS M4A79XTD EVO AM3 AMD 790X ATX AMD Motherboard (dual x8 link)
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition Deneb 3.4GHz
4gig G-Skill compatible ram (QVL)
Eventually Dual ATI cards (2 x Sapphire 5850)
1x250gig SATA drive
1xDVD
1x200mm fan
5x120mm casing fans
Note: I'm not interested in overclocking at the moment.

I'm looking at ordering this:
- Antec TruePower New TP-650 650W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.3 / EPS12V V2.91 SLI Certified CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified
- http://www.antec.com/Believe_it/product.php?id=MTc1OQ==

If the online watt calculator is accurate then it shows that I only require 425 watts. Is there anything better than Antec that I should be looking at both quality and price-wise?

Thanks in advance.

How do you guys work the connections with a 600W PSU? They tend to have only 1 or sometimes 2 6-pin PCI-E connections and he will need four for two 4850's right. Use 4-pin to 6-pin adapters??
