ryzen 5 3600 cpu
gskill ripjawz ddr4 3200 ram
seagate firecuda 1tb ssd drive
evga rtx 2060 ko ultra
nzxt 510 case
coolermaster blk 212 rgb cpu cooler
thermaltake smart series 700 watt psu

If it can or can't really isn't the question. Is the quality of the Thermaltake good enough for a 3080? No it is not. A high quality 750-850 watt PSU is needed for a 3080 depending on which brand/model you choose.

There's several Supernova models with different levels of quality. Which specific model are you looking at? As far as the Corsair, the RMx series would be a better choice.
