Question Power supply failing

So when i turn on my pc i hear the same sound that i hear when i shut down my pc (psu fan stop for like 1 second and works again) this happened after turning on my pc and log in in windows only after that it's normal ,i didn't notice any difference in performance temps are the same no overclock all stock and default
Msi gtx 1660 ti gaming x
Ryzen 2400g
Msi b350 gaming plus
g.skill trident z 16gb 2400mhz cl 15
Cooler master mwe 500w 80 plus
wd blue 1tb 7200rpm

That doesn't seem outright alarming to me.
That PSU is of low quality to power a high end partner 1660ti

Can't change it right now but i will change it soon will it affect any pc components?

Btw when i make new windows installation i don't hear that sound until a week +

CX White? You mean the label and not the 80 Plus efficiency, right? Probably best to say it's "gray" to prevent confusion.

The green label was also 80 PLUS Bronze.

It even says so in your sig.

Yea that's what ill blame it on. lack of sleep...

Mine is the newer 15 model tho, not the green label ones. The voltage ratings are different anyhow.

If your going to notice a problem its likely to be under gaming load. Does it perform ok during gaming?
If it is only a problem on boot up, i probably wouldn't suspect the PSU first.

No problems at all i just hear the sound I mentioned earlier when boot up only
