Power supply fan making noise

My Thermaltake TR2 550 Watts power supply is suddenly making too much noise. It's a 80+ White quality PSU and has been around for just 1 year. I have I5-6500, 8GB RAM, A 1TB HDD & a H110 Mobo. No RGB or extra casing fans included.

I had a GPU for about 11 months, it was a RX 460 2GB. I used a blower to clean my pc, the problem started after cleaning the PC. I carefully cleaned all of my components & PSU dust.

Now my PSU is making Brrrrrrrrr noise and stuffs.

Did you hold fan while blowing dust out ? It can badly over-speed and ruin bearings. fan that normally turns at 1000Rpm can reach 10,000 or more Rpm if enough air goes thru it.

Yes, I did hold the CPU fan but not the psu fan. Now what can I do?

Fan could be changed with any ordinary case fan of same size.
