Power Supply Fan

I built my PC 2 weeks ago, and today I heard this noise, which has inconstant levels of noise, but pretty regular. On closer investigation im pretty sure it is the PSU fan getting interfered with something inside the PSU, I have checked that wires I have contacted the manufacturer and will probally ask for them to repair it, but in the meantime, can i still use the PC safely.

as long as the PSU fan doesn't heart anything inside the PSU it'll be safe to use . but if you heard that the fan contact with the inside wires is getting louder don't use the system until a technician check the problem.
