Question Power Supply fans not spinning when connected to the motherboard

I have an EVGA 500 Watt Bronze power supply. I noticed that the psu fans are not spinning leading to my computer to not boot up or any fans spinning. This psu does come with a tester for the 20+4 pin connector (linked below) and i have tested it and it works fine so it’s just when it’s connected to my motherboard.

Can you list the rest of the parts in the build?

Regarding the no-boot, can you post a photo of the setup that you're having problems with? (so we can check the connections)

It could be an OPP or OCP trip that's preventing the computer from posting. It could also be a missing EPS connection.

Sorry for your trouble, I found out that the whole motherboard was completely blown when it arrived to me.
