last year in late December i built my brother a computer and all was going good until we plugged in the power supply. it was working fine for the first 2 -3 boots when setting up the BIOS but after the 3rd or 4th boot the Power supply exploded and cough fire it was like a mini fire work show inside my room. the PC worked fine for about a week once we got a new power supply for it but then it started freezing randomly at random times even sometimes on boot. what could be happening with this PC please help any help would be appreciated.

Also this was not the first time i built a PC i have built many in the past.

PSUs degrade over time, it started out not being very good and has just degraded since then. You got lucky when the first poor quality unit didn't completely fry the system you may not get lucky again when the TR2 fails. An unstable PSU will cause all sorts of issues, lockups, shutdown, restarts, cold boot issues, etc. Given the history, symptoms and specs the first thing I'd do if I was working on it was drop in my spare PSU and see if that helped the issue.
Which PSU blew up? If it was poor quality (and likely was, considering it blew up!) then in all likelihood it lacked appropriate protection, and it's entirely possible it damaged some other component(s)..... most likely the motherboard.

Can you post your full spec? Including the original & replacement PSUs,

yup more than likely it damaged something when the psu went up. you will want to test parts out one by one in other systems to see what works and what does not work. most likely it is the mobo that is damaged but may also be the ram sticks or cpu. though the cpu is less likely.

to know for sure and not spend a lot of money replacing parts that may still work, you should test each piece out in a different system one by one. replace whatever does not work right and reuse what does work.

graphics: zotac gtx 750 ti
cpu: AMD a-10 7800
mobo: ASUS A68HM-K FM2+ AMD
hdd: 2tb wd blue "i think"
cpu cooler: cooler master 212 evo
old psu: Logisys Corp. 480W 240-Pin Dual Fan 20+4 ATX Power Supply
new psu: tearmaltake tr2 430w
case is the Deepcool Tesseract SW-WH White Window Mid Tower Case "dont think it really matters but here ya go"

I had a thermaltake pop on me fired up was fine then I caught a whiff of a bad odor thought what the heck and about that time POW .. lucky no more damage to anything but the PSu and my nerves . it was explosive. I've had them go out before just die with a bit of smoke but nothing like as that one did

Have a friend who didn't get so lucky when his TR2 600w released the magic smoke. Bought it at best buy while his Corsair was being RMA'd and was too lazy to swap the Corsair back in when the replacement arrived and after 2 months it popped and fried the motherboard, ram, gpu and SSD.

is it possible that it might be the cpu? because nothing works when the computer freeze i have to restart it then it will work again and its some time okay for like a week or 2 then randomly starts again

it's possible it could be any part. you can spend a ton of money trying to replace one part at a time. as i noted, i'd start testing parts one by one to see what works and what does not. if cpu is damaged it likely won't boot up so i'd put that lower on the list than the mobo itself or maybe ram damage. have you run a ram test yet to see if that may be the trouble. easiest place to start really.
