Question Power supply for 1060 6gb

Hello
i want to buy new pc, ryzen 5 1600 and 1060 6gb (asus dual). Do i need to buy psu with 6, 6+2 or 2x 6+2 pin and how much is recommended power for that psu. I need budget psu, minimum what i need?

Are the following PSU brands available in your country ? I would recommend you to get the following PSU models and brands. These are high quality units. Or, just look for similar SKUs.

Ideally, any new power supply should have 2x6+2. Most 1060 models use a single 6-pin, but some variants MIGHT have an 8-pin.


I can't say I've ever heard of that brand, and that makes me hesitant.

When I go to the specifications page, it lists 1A of power for every single rail. That has to be incorrect, but, that the information isn't listed makes me think that something's wrong, or that the PSU is not worth getting.

Low quality PSUs can fail, and, sometimes, they take out other components with them. The PSU is one where you want a solid unit that is well known to be high quality.
