Power Supply for a dual socket motherboard with intel xeon e5 2689

I recently bought a dual socket mother board with a TDP of 135W and single xeon processor e5 2689 with a tdp of 115W. I plan on adding one more CPU and a mid range graphic card to the motherboard in future. Can someone suggest me a good power supply and a cooling option for this SETUP.[brand and wattage]

Depends on what GPU and how many of those and what you're using it for.

I would recommend this: [strike]EVGA SuperNOVA T2 1600[/strike] Just kidding, don't actually get that.

Right now my setup involves only a single xeon processor, so i might go for an upgrade after 6 months.So till then i will be using only a single processor.So plz suggest me a good psu as well as a cooling unit for a six month duration.And BTW it's a rack server.
